CEA-Leti is the largest French research and technology organization specializing in micro- and nanotechnologies. Dedicated to creating value and innovation for transfer to its industrial partners, Leti’s 1,700 researchers strive to make our society smarter, healthier, more sustainable and more secure. The scientific excellence and multidisciplinary expertise of its personnel are the foundation of Leti’s offer to industry.
The Energy Electronics & Sensor Systems Department involved in PreCoM is dedicated to research and development of sensors and their integration within consumer or industry related context. The competences rely on both sensor development and characterization as well as signal processing for dedicated use (e.g. low power consumption and context capture including physiological monitoring, structural health monitoring, etc.).
Role in the PreCom Project
CEA-LETI coordinates WP2 (Sensors, Data Acquisition & Communication) and specifically, the development of the multisensor platform. CEA-LETI will also take in charge the development of wireless sensor solution dedicated to industrial equipment condition monitoring.
